This blog post shares some of my favorite Target fashion finds!  I love the variety and price range of Target’s clothing lines.  I can always find fashions that don’t break the bank.  Plus, the 5% discount that Target gives to its Red Card holders (holders of Target’s debit and credit cards) helps a lot.  The quality is decent and surpasses that of many fast fashion houses, and the clothing is contemporary and stylish.  Online ordering is easy and relatively inexpensive with a ship to store option.

Floral Printed Any Day Cardigan from Target’s A New Day Clothing Line

Target has recently introduced several new clothing lines.  A New Day debuted earlier this year, and the floral cardigan shown above comes from the line.  I love the vivid colors and floral motif in this sweater.  It complements my skin, lifts my spirit and brightens my day!  I wear this sweater to work with a pencil skirt or slacks, and on the weekends I wear it with jeans.

Varsity Bomber Jacket, Ruffle V Henley Blouse and Pencil Skirt from the Who What Wear Collection

My favorite Target line is Who What Wear.  Who What Wear describes itself as the leading online destination for aspirational yet accessible fashion content that is elevated, serviceable, and 100% shoppable.  It  hosts a collection of stylish, contemporary and affordably priced clothing (under $70) at Target.  Sizes run from XS to 4X and are available on Target’s website.  Many of the items can be worn casually for weekend wear and in business and business casual workplaces.

I love the jacket and shirt pictured above for the festive and vibrant colors.  Usually I will switch out the jacket with a solid cardigan when I pair the shirt with the matching skirt.

Quilted Kimono Jacket from the Who What Wear Collection

This past summer I frequently wore and enjoyed a Helena Quinn floral kimono from a Rachel Zoe Box of Style.  The flow and beauty of the kimono made me think of everything I love about summer.  I hated packing that kimono away for the fall.

Fast forward to this kimono jacket.  I love it!  The floral motif reminds me of summer, but the quilting effect and styling is fall and winter appropriate.  I have paired the jacket over a sheath dress making it an interesting yet appropriate work option in a business casual environment.

Metallic Moto Jacket from the Who What Wear Collection

This metallic faux leather moto jacket is a fun and easy find!  The pewter finish sets it apart and its a great way to rock the metallic trend and be adventurous if you’re conservative like I am.  The moto styling is classic making it appropriate for a variety of settings.

Textured Pullover With Ruffle from Target’s Ava & Viv Clothing Line

This pullover is from Target’s plus size line, Ava & Viv.  It is easy to wear and comfortable, and its tweed-like texture gives it a dressier feel than a t-shirt or sweatshirt.  I usually pair this shirt with a red pencil skirt because I love the contrast in color and texture.

The Good and The Bad

So as to be fair, I have to admit that I have a love/hate relationship with Target.  I take issue with the size of their in-store plus size collection, and the fact that they don’t carry more of their plus size lines in-store.

At times, the sizing and fit is inconsistent.  I own Target finds ranging from size XXL to 3X.  At times, I have difficulty finding pants and skirts that fit well.

Despite these concerns, I am very pleased with my Target shopping experience.  What about you?  Do you shop at Target?  What are your favorite places to find good deals?
