OSEA Essential Hydrating Oil is an amazing product that hydrates and protects facial skin. I used this oil during a windstorm and bomb cyclone and was pleasantly surprised at its effectiveness. It glides on effortlessly with products from other skincare lines, and works perfectly with make-up. I love this product and recommend it!
OSEA Essential Hydrating Oil Ingredients
According to the OSEA website, the ingredients are as follows:
Natural Derived Ingredients:
*Macadamia Ternifolia (Macadamia) Seed Oil, *Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, *Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Thuja Occidentalis (Cedar Leaf) Oil, *Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Flower Oil, *Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil, Salvia Sclarea (Clary) Oil, *Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower, Aniba Rosaeodora (Rosewood) Wood Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E)
At $68 per 1 oz. bottle, this oil is pricey. However, a little goes a long way. Two pumps is more than enough for my face, neck and décolletage. One bottle lasts for months.
Pros and Cons
I love the scent! The OSEA website refers to the sweet, soothing and floral aromas of the natural oils. In my opinion, the oil smells like tea. I find it to be a pleasant scent that lingers throughout the day.
Although the scent is a pro for me, it may be a con for others. Many allergy sufferers cannot tolerate strong scents. Plus, it may clash with perfume or other scented products.
All in all, I think that the OSEA Essential Hydrating Oil is a wonderful product. My dry, sensitive skin soaks it up and is left feeling nourished. It is a great addition to my dry skin regimen.
